I inform you of a complaint on 6th inst. of inadequate supply of water to premises in Kellet St Darlinghurst, which on inspection, found a tap running in a gully shaft , causing the scarcity. Ask that instructions be issued to only flush traps out, not the gullies proper, as a series of gully taps at full bore seriously inteferes with the supply. Notes: City Surv.
