City surveyor sees no problems with the plan, City Building Surveyor notes that the building has a slight encroachment on the George Street footway but that overall the changes would be favourable to the appearance of the building. City Solicitor states that in terms of the City of Sydney Improvement Act, Council does have the power to approve the plans.
