Tenant advises no warrant to them, and no rate notice to Mrs Baker till 19 April. Pleased if you could enquire, and also refund the 8/-. Notes: JRP: City Treas, report. Costs were demanded, and paid. 2nd notice issued in all cases where rate in arrears. Refer witness to cl18 of our Act. MH: must be paid.
