Two copies of each set of agenda papers are retained.

The City Plan Sub Committee (also known as the LEP/DCP Sub Committee) was a sub committee of the CSPC from 1993-1996. Its purpose was to develop a new LEP/DCP to replace interim plans of the time. The sub committee did not report back on any regular basis to the CSPC. Papers for this committee can be found in TRIM file C07/00174 - see TRIM notes field for meeting listings.
