CRS 680, Capitol Theatre Development Proposals, contains the various proposals submitted to Council, including the winning proposal from Ipoh Garden Developments (Aust) Pty Ltd. Council signed a contract with Ipoh in March 1992. (Ipoh were the Company that restored the Queen Victoria Building).

This series contains copies of the plans and contracts for the restoration of the Theatre. The original contracts are in CRS 340, Deed Packets Computerised Registration System, DP 285. Ipoh sub-contracted most of the work to architectural and engineering companies.

Items 1 to 6 are earlier versions of the plans. Items 24 to 34 are the as-built versions of the plans.
