A small, moulded tin-roofed verandah has a decorative bargeboard and French shuttered windows, and a picket fence is mounted on a rendered sandstone base. Next door, the three storey terrace has an elaborate parapet, with an arched and pillared window, below which there is an enclosed verandah with wrought iron balcony. On a sandstone base on the footpath is a pike and rail fence, and adjacent is the undertaker C Kinsella at 78 Darlinghurst Road.
