His Worship's continued refusal to convict street-photographers brought before him at the Central Summons Court for giving out tickets in City streets was marked last week by Mr J E McCullough, SM's announcement that certain issues raised by the City Council's prosecutor would be dealt with by the Metropolitan Bench, it being undesirable that Magistrates should speak with different voices on the matter.
