It plans the future development of the county for the next 50 years, and includes slum clearance, new sports grounds, parks, motor roads, and dispersal of industry. The County of Cumberland includes the City of Sydney and extends from Bulli Point to Broken Bay and westward to Richmond, Penrith and Camden.
