One of the City Council properties submitted for sale by public tender is known as No 30 Roslyn Street (corner Bayswater Road and Roslyn Street), opposite St Canice's Church and Presbytery, Elizabeth Bay. The City Valuer's valuation of £3500 is based on pegged 1942 regulations. Two tenders of £3500 and £3400 were offered. Trustees of Roman Catholic Church offered £6000.
