Petitioners claimed the Lessee had been overcharging them but after examining all parties the Committee decided that the Lessee had not acted contrary to the By Laws for the Markets. Appended: Petition of the Butchers stating that the Lessee was charging tolls on the full contents of carts delivering goods to them even though part of the load was destined for delivery elsewhere; signatories: H.
