Appended: Letter from WW Billyard per his attorney Manning, 34 Castlereagh St, agreeing to remove an encroaching fence on condition that Council erect a dwarf wall and iron railing on the building alignment with annotation by AC Mountain on it and referring also to a letter by Mr Hogg and his memo in October 1881; Letter from Thomas Buckland, Waterloo Warehouse, 452 George St, on behalf of James Cooper protesting against the alignment with annotation by AC Mountain recommending some compensation by arbitration; Letter from AWS Gregg, 98 Pitt St, on behalf of the Trustees and Executors of the late Hugh MacMaster, Builder, protesting against the alignment as regards property, including a substantial stone dwelling house, at the junction of Macquarie and Goulburn Sts, with annotation by AC Mountain recommending arbitration.LanguageEnglish (eng)Digitised recordNo
