William Webb drawing attention to a small quantity of rough stones that are the remains of a lot left on his ground by the late City Commissioners. The best of them have been removed by order of the City Engineer as the rent on them since the first of March is more than the value of the stones left on the ground. Mr Webb offers to keep them for the rent due otherwise he requests that they be removed.
