Lewis Alexander, Omnibus Proprietor, Bay St., Glebe, complains of his competitors, Howard & Moore's disregard of the By-Laws. Council requests a report from Mr. Stubbs, Inspector of Vehicles. Mr. Stubbs discovered that Mr. Alexander is not happy with the increasing competition and that he "has been in the constant habit of filing information against others".
