Two valuable horses have already escaped and he is threatened with Actions at Law. He requests proper fencing be built with as little delay as possible. The Surveyor to report on the cost of temporary repair. His report confirms Mr. Hickson's evaluation that a completely new fence is needed but that "£20 will for the present repair the worst places".
