Edward Bell, City Engineer, requests that £15 be spent in repairing the guttering in Pitt St. on the west side near Bell's the Butcher. The City Surveyor adds that this area is in great need of repair and the work should be carried out immediately. He reminds Council that money was voted for the repair of guttering the whole length of Pitt St. and the work was stopped about a year ago.
