Govt will not interfere, the parties in possession are responsible for the nuisance. Report: E Twynam, for Suyr Gen, reclamation in section 10 of Woolloomooloo Reclamation, (formerly part of Riley Estate, now subdivided and valuable improvements, Royal Yacht Hotel & premises thereon). Lately occupied by Callaghan, reclaimed many years, the nuisance below original high water line and below water table in Forbes St, water filthy & stagnant.
