He re-emphasises the need for citizens to carry out fumigation in all cases of fever, both mild and severe and of the importance of separating well family members from sick family members. He also warns that the fruit season brings the concomitant diseases of diarrhoea and cholera and of the need for vegetables and meat to be fresh during the hot season.
