Secondly, to allow this to happen, a junction should be made with the intended sewer near the entrance to the Company's pond to allow the water to run into the pond or to the sewer. Thirdly, a road should not be made over the sewer as it would render valuable land useless and finally, the Company is likely to be moving from the Parramatta Street site within the next twelve months.
