Market Street jetties are approved except the Northern Jetty which is only to be lengthened 30 feet, being extended to a line drawn from the west end of the Baltic Wharf to the west end of the Hunter River New Steam Company's Wharf. The jetties at Lime Street may be extended to a line going from the west end of the Patent Slip Wharf to the west end of Mr Speer's Wharf at the foot of Erskine Street. The jetties must be on piles.
