Refers to a previous letter of complaint adding that water rates at 17/6d & 8/- costs on Stables at the rear of Carlton Terrace occupied by Dr Alloway adjoining the Councils chambers are separately rated unknown to him. This could have been avoided saving the landlord who has paid taxes and the tenant inconvenience. A report also identifies two Stores at the back of the Town Hall belonging to Mr Danger where salt is stored and the premises rented seasonally. Mr George Claton states Mr Woolcott is the agent.
