Also the paving rate where City Surveyor causes a notice to be served to pave, where done by City and another tenant is in occupation. Opinions: Geo Merriman, Pitt St, City Solicitor; Counsel: Fred M Darley, 130 Elizabeth St. If notice issued, warrant of distrain on goods, elsewhere in the City for Rates and Water Rates, and then sue the owner.
