I have entered a contract for J H Terry, Esq. to erect a store in Queen's Place off George St and have applied for a licence to the City B.S. He has requested I apply for a special licence to build a wall on the adjoining allotment less thickness than outer wall, different to the Act, but of sufficient strength. Also request permission for front area to make it 3ft wide instead of 1'8" as the Act implies, to allow goods to be taken in and out of the cellar.
