Undersigned fish dealers advise disadvantage we suffer from licence fees as to the perishable nature of goods and ask for consideration when revising the licence fees: 1. hawkers do not interfere with places of business; 2. fish is unfit for consumption quickly in this climate; 3.no other country has a licence fee, but a special permit to allow sales up to church time on Sundays.
