Martin, Market stall holder, writes against the possibility that Thomas Lawless, stall holder, be given permission to take out windows from the exterior of the Market to make an entrance to his shop other than the usual way. He feels it would create an unfair situation for the inner stall holders. He also requests that Council prohibit forestallers from carrying on their business in the area between the Markets for the sale of fruit.
