The City Surveyor states that the plan accompanying the above letter [included] does not clearly show that drainage conditions have been met and requests that the City Solicitor be asked to examine the papers to decide whether the drainage stipulations have been met. City Solicitor states that he needs more information. City Surveyor states that he has dealt with the matter verbally with Mr Wills of the Roads Department and now recommends that the plan submitted be accepted.
