(Note: For City Surveyor's attention: HJD;19/1/91. I take from this letter that the building lines of the streets fronted are only required the pegging out of the site being a work distinctly for the Water & Sewge Board's officers they holding the plans. The width of the footway of Pitt Street is twelve feet (12') that re Wilmot Street is five feet (5.0'): RWR;?/1.91.
