A long letter regarding their Sydney Electric Lighting Bill, which is now before the House of Assembly. He details the advantages of using their company. The work will be carried out by the Crompton Electric Supply Co, Mr J F Albright managing director of the head office in London. He lists the cities where they have extensive installations for public lighting. In Australia, they have erected independant installations for the newspaper offices of the Daily Telegraph, Sydney; the Age in Melbourne and the Advertiser and the Register in Adelaide; also the Australia and Grosvenor Hotels, and they are about to install a 1500 light plant in the new premises of Msrs A Hordern & Sons, Haymarket.LanguageEnglish (eng)Digitised recordYes
