He asks the Mayor: 'Like a good father do not let the Leichhardt Council cripple the droving of feed stock from the Homebush yards to Glebe Island. Have the hours from 10pm to seven in the morning for cattle, have no restrictions on the sheep.' He had eight years slaughtering in Sussex Street Sydney with the late Mr Thomas Sullivan.
