Awning over jeweller's shop, number 26 on the right has an awning with lattice balcony and decorative cast iron supporting poles. Cambridge Loan Office, owned by Joe Davis, at number 24 has advertising signs offering to repair watches and jewellery and loans at 6d per month and the three ball symbol of the money lender hangs from the second level window. Next door at number 20 is the Union Labour watchmaker and jeweller and H McAnally the barber offers antiseptic hairdressing and scented towels.
