The Committee recommended that growers be allowed to sell produce directly from their carts situated between the sheds A & C and before 9 a.m. Adopted by Council. Committee interviewed Messrs S. H. Pierce, George Hooper, Mich. Hogan, John Harrison, James Welsh and James Dixon. Appended: Petition of growers; copy of clauses 28, 32 and 33 of the By Laws regulating the Markets.
