(43 Vic S67). Appended: Letter from the Department of Lands noting that B Dearin's application for the reclaim and purchase of land at the foot of Druitt Street had been refused, and directing Council's attention to the encroachment by Dearin on part of the westerly prolongation of Druitt St and to the proposed division of the waterway fronting the street and adjoining properties; appended to letter: Copy of letter in Surveyor General's Office signed by W Adams to Under Secretary for Lands noting no reply had been received to letter to Dearin sent care of JA Portus and copy of plan. Plan shows Druitt St and its proposed extension, sea walls, position of buildings such as forges, stores, lime kiln, sheds, stables,along waterfront and Druitt Street, original high water line as shown on Sydney Section No 21 in 1832, low water mark, limit of extensions, unalienated reclamation and land proprietors (W Wentworth, TR Dearin, JT Wilsher, JH Seamer).LanguageEnglish (eng)Digitised recordNo
