Appended: Memo from Adrien C Mountain with tracing of scale plan of Forbes Street showing proposed works in Forbes Street and adjoining streets (Bay St now Harmer St, Alfred St, Griffiths St, Susan Lane, Plunkett St, Wilson St, Nicholson St, Bland St, Cowper Wharf and Woolloomooloo Bay).
