The necessity had arisen because of difficulties in prosecutions in the Police Court. Neighbouring Municipal Councils had been informed and no objection had been made to the following nominations: Paddington, the south side of Old South Head Road opposite the road to Point Piper; Woollahra, on the north side of South Head Road west of Ocean Street; Waverley, at the junction of the roads to Randwick and Coogee, opposite Robin Hood Inn and on the Old South Head road west of Flood's Lane; Petersham, on the north side of Parramatta Road adjacent to the Bald Faced Stag Inn; Redfern, on the east side of Pitt Street south of Redfern St; Botany Road, opposite the Waterloo Retreat Inn; Devonshire Street, north side, west of Riley Street; Bourke Street, east side, north of Cleveland Street; New Town, south of Bedford Street near New Town Road.LanguageEnglish (eng)Digitised recordYesBorn digital itemNo
