Appended: Memo from Chas H Woolcott, Town Clerk, with Council resolution to refer the matter to the Committee with annotations by Edward Bell, City Engineer; Memo from Richard Seymour, overseer, describing the operation of removing the dead carcase from the water near the Public Baths, Figtree, describing the progress of Doyle's illness as observed by himself and Patrick Kelly, labourer, and the subsequent death of Doyle and the collection of a subscription for the widow from the labourers and carters of the City; Petition by Ann Doyle.LanguageEnglish (eng)Digitised recordNo
