Appended: Memo from Chas H Woolcott, Town Clerk, referring a petition to the Committee with annotation by Edward Bell, City Engineer, stating street was proclaimed in 1849, levels adopted in 1851, and the current work has not damaged the property but if continued to the adopted levels it will; Petition of Charles Harwood, 22 Stanley St, noting his house was built between 8 and 9 years ago before levels were adopted for the street.LanguageEnglish (eng)Digitised recordNo
