Appended: Letter from Mrs AM Thompson stating that current works at the Dowling St footpath near William St are such that the embankment is 10 feet above the level of her property and is in danger of collapse destroying her fence; she requests that a retaining wall promised in 1854 be erected; annotation by Edward Bell, City Engineer, with history, details and estimates for a permanent solution and recommendation to erect a temporary wall.LanguageEnglish (eng)Digitised recordNo
