Thomas Parkinson of Wellington Inn, George Street South complains that the Inspector of Nuisances, Mr. Stubbs, surreptiously obtained a hearing against him when he knew a postponement had been agreed by attorneys on both sides, Mr. Nichols & Mr Roberts. Note from Nichols saying he knew nothing formally, found the case partially heard and Roberts defended the case. Further letter from Parkinson to Stubbs asks him to desist from proceeding against an improperly attained conviction and suggesting fraud. Written account from Stubbs.
