John Hourigan of 151 Cumberland Street had his tender of curbing and guttering accepted by the Commissioners, but has made a miscalculation for the work in that he did not include excavation. His first job being the corner of Clarence & Erskine Street, which requires 80 yards of rock to be removed, he hopes that this will be dealt with considerably.
