Must call attention to filthy state at back of my premises. Blinding and rubbish over 12 ft high over the yards. My houses at Foster St, nos 12 to 24, I am losing my tenants and may need to take action for losses. Note: Insp of Nuisances; RS: a yard, Mr Lloyd's has clay blinding (not from Council carters) and some in narrow passage at rear of houses.
