On behalf of myself and other ratepayers who use Great Barcom St to and from the City, draw attention to state of footways leading from Oxford St, portions not even kerbed and guttered ... dangerous. Now being main thoroughfare from from Glenmore Rd, via Campbell St, Government Rd and Boundary Sts, Ice Rd into Great Barcom to Oxford St. Draw attention to unformed state of Government Rd or Boundary St, a monumental disgrace ... but rates collected all the same. A lamp is much required, say opposite Livingstone Terrace. Have previously written to Insp of Pavements about this. Notes: HJD: City Surv.
