He had been advised it is against the By-Laws and therefore wants to know why it is still necessary for him to press his complaint. Report of Inspector Seymour that he had inspected premises and project was small (9 inches) and not obstructing windows but anyway Mr Narhan now had permission to put in a glass display case to display his cloth. Note. City Surveyor that he has also inspected property and Mr Narhan's display is no bigger that Mr Linton's sign fixed at the base of his window.LanguageEnglish (eng)Digitised recordYes
