- City Engineering and Building Surveyors Department (AG-0061) in the period 01/01/1929 to 31/12/1936
- City Engineer and City Surveyors Department II (AG-0088) in the period 01/01/1925 to 31/12/1928.

The subjects were street realignments and reconstructions around the City, areas to be resumed by Council, parks and playgrounds, council vehicles, garbage bins, Council depots and nurseries, the Moore Park Destructor and the construction of the Bradfield Highway.

Some of the photographs in this series were used to illustrate the City Engineer's Reports in Annual Reports (AS-0042).
