Management of Council property

Unique IDAY-0019DescriptionThe management and administration of Council owned or occupied property:

{a} by the Council itself for Council's own purposes. This does not include the management of the specialised depots used as bases for the provision of infrastructure services: street engineering, water and sewerage services, electricity supply and cleansing. For these uses of Council property see Activity 97 Depots Management.

{b} by third parties such as commercial tenants, or residential tenants other than those in Council-managed public housing. For this use see Activity 4 Management, policy planning and allocation of public housing.
