Appended: Memo from Edward Bell, City Engineer, reporting that his previous estimate was at the same rate per lineal foot used for the culvert let to W Burton in Palmer St; after finding that Burton's contract was performed at a lower rate per lineal foot, Bell now submits a new estimate based on that rate of £3 per lineal foot.LanguageEnglish (eng)Digitised recordNo
