(Note: 25/1/65 City Engr: JW. The lock herein mentioned was the lock which was put in 6 or 7 years since for the purpose of turning off the water from the Circular Quay in the event of leakage etc. The shutting of which does not deprive any other part of the City of water There is a very bad leak now at the Circular Quay fountain and notice has been served on Mr Dunn that if the leakage is not stopped this day the water will be shut off to prevent further waste: EG; 30/1/65)LanguageEnglish (eng)Digitised recordYes
