Appears to proceed from same error as before, putting a tax on a half shop in the house with internal communication and therefore void.We wish to correct this mistake and ask you to hold the taxes over until after the next sitting of the Court where we will appeal for it to be cancelled. Notes: E Lord: this notice given into hands of occupant of the house. The tenant can only obtain redress by appeal and is questionable if Court will accept. Reply.
