Suggested 12 months ago to alter the Bye Laws to include payment of dues by all who brought produce into the City whether to the Market or not. I addressed the Council then and I understood instructions were issued to the Solicitor to prepare a Bye Law. The past week a system commenced to purchase Produce on its way to Market to materially affect the Revenue of same. Need the Bye Law as not only Revenue but the Public Market will become useless.
