Notes: 1 read to council. 2.acknowledged; 3. Surveyor to report; 4. Thos H Bradridge, City Surveyor: this is opposite the sugar company and is a great obstruction to foot passengers. A rubble wall, new fence and fill the footway will cost £15. Cost of paving the footway will not exceed £15. 5. £10 to be offerred.
