Suggest steps up and a gallery with 100 offices on 2 floors above, houses to replace dilapidated eyesores and complement the new post office. Money borrowed at 5% and in 20 years the principal and interest paid off with immense revenue from prime location, suggest name "Post Office Chambers"... to make ''71 ever creditable to the reigning mayor and aldermen.
