No use telling the gentleman that each of the tenements is charged 40/- for ground rent. One assessment was £11 now £14. After deductions, it yields me no more than £9. To appeal for such a trifle is a waste of time, especially when where I live was fixed by appeal at £26 and I am now charged rate of £30 and had to spend time on appeal.
